Narrative

This lot features coffee produced by over 350 smallholder farmers in Ethiopia's Dikitu village, a region that is well-known for its exceptional coffee production. Handpicked cherries are meticulously processed at the Dikitu Washing Station, owned by Gizaw Alemayehu and Frehiwot Mekonnen. Not only does the station champion sustainable practices and organic farming, but it also prioritizes preserving the area's natural water sources. Beyond coffee, it fosters a strong sense of community by providing education, healthcare, and insurance support for its workers.
