Vanilla / Green Grape / Sencha


Villamaría Association represents the harvests of 30 to 50 producing families in the Caldas department of Colombia. Families contribute coffee cherries to Jamaica drying station, which is located in Chinchiná. The station focuses heavily on processing coffee in various ways, using multiple methods for fermentation and drying. It is equipped with a mechanical dryer and has the infrastructure to control temperature and humidity throughout the drying process.
