Narrative

The lot of coffee is sourced from Terrazas de Pisque, a
38-hectare farm situated in the Pichincha Province of
Ecuador's Northern Sierra region. The farm dedicates 15 hectares of its land to coffee cultivation, producing
around 15,000 kilograms of coffee annually, as well as
avocados and various citrus fruits grown on the remaining land. Unlike other coffee-growing regions that have limited harvesting periods, this area of Ecuador yields coffee year-round. During the harvest, only the ripest cherries are selected for processing. This particular lot consists solely of Caturra variety coffee.

𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆: Caturra
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: Described by the producers as honey process. The cherries are fermented in a sealed environment under controlled conditions, then dried on raised beds for 28-40 days.
