Green Apple / Caramel / Cinnamon

This lot was grown by members of Maraba Co-operative in Rwanda’s Southern Province. It was processed at Sovu washing station, which was established in 2005. Sovu collects coffee from 420 smallholder producers, whose average farm size amounts to <400 coffee trees per farm. Sovu station has won the national Cup of Excellence competition five times over the last 13 years.
