This lot comes from Santa Izabel, a 126-hectare farm owned and operated by Nobletree Coffee Farms in Brazil's South Minas region. At Santa Izabel, coffee quality is a top priority. Here, they develop nutrient-rich soil, strategically plant coffee trees to limit erosion, and carefully manage the land to optimize cherry development. Additionally, they established a nursery to experiment with a myriad of coffee varieties to determine the most suitable varieties for the local climate and growing conditions. This particular lot comprises the Arara variety.
