Finca La Bolsa was founded in 1958 by Dr. Jorge Vides. Three generations later, Jorge’s grandson, Renardo, now runs the farm and oversees production. La Bolsa operates under a strict sustainability model, using three pillars; Agricultural, Social, and Environmental. Community development and engagement, good agricultural practices, protection of wildlife, and efficient use of resources are just some of the ways that the farm puts these pillars into practice.
