Narrative

This lot was grown by producers from Kore, a village in Kochere, Ethiopia. Kore is located about 25 kilometres from Yirgacheffe town, an area that is famous for its coffee production. This particular lot was processed at Boji Washing Station. This station processes the coffee of thousands of coffee producers a year, who deliver coffee cherries throughout the harvest season.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: Described by the producers as “washed” process. This lot was fermented for a period of 8-12 hours in open-air tanks, then dried on raised beds for 5-15 days.
