José Hernán Quintero's lifelong involvement with coffee continues at Finca La Predera in the Rioblanco municipality of Tolima, Colombia, where he works alongside his wife, Nubia Diaz, and their son. Together, they manage every aspect of the coffee production process. Nubia expertly tracks and traces each lot while managing the farm's finances, while their son oversees post-harvest processes. José takes charge of the harvesting teams and training, ensuring smooth operations on site. With past accolades from Cup of Excellence competitions, Jose now focuses exclusively on producing exceptional specialty coffee and aims to broaden the farm's range of varieties.
