Narrative

This coffee was grown by 14 different producers across two municipalities in Huila, Colombia; Saladoblanco and La Argentina. Jaime Romero is one of 14 producers who contributed coffee to this particular lot. Jaime is committed to maintaining coffee quality and production on his farm, despite the challenges that he and his family have faced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Jaime and his family harvest their own cherries during the harvest season, picking them by hand, then fermenting them in tanks for 60 hours.
