Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family have owned and managed the 500-hectare Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm since 2012. Located 510 kilometres south of Addis Ababa, the farm spans the Taro and Sewana villages in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Ismael oversees a team of 25 full-time and 300 seasonal employees.

The farm, known for its meticulous management, utilizes shade and a nursery on-site, producing both Natural and Washed coffee lots. Ismael not only focuses on the farm's infrastructure but also contributes to the community by providing free transportation and financial support for local projects.
