Narrative

Ismael used mechanical harvesters and electronic sorting machines to select only ripe cherries for this Lot. During fermentation, the temperature is monitored throughout before being dried on raised beds. His dedication to quality has led to national and international awards, including the Cup of Excellence in 2018. He is also a founding member of the Brazillian Specialty Coffee Association.
