Finca Cruz Loma is a 350-hectare farm located in a remote area that was only accessible by foot or horseback until 50 years ago. Grace Morales and her brother Bryan, who are relatively new to coffee production, planted coffee here only three years ago and have just completed their first full harvest. Grace processes her coffees in a variety of different ways, which she believes is important as it allows her to offer different flavour profiles for different tastes. Here, coffee makes up less than 2% of the farm, with the remaining land dedicated to producing other fruits and vegetables for export.
