Green Tea / Sultana / Nectarine

This lot comprises coffee from twenty-five farmers across five different municipalities in Huila, Colombia; Pitalito, Timaná, Oporapa, Palestina and Saladoblanco. The farms are no larger than three hectares in size, and they are situated on very fertile land. The climate here is mild and forgiving, and there is a surplus of water. The cherries are harvested in two stages — during “peak” harvest, which is October to January, and again during “mid-crop” harvest, which is from May to July.
