For the past 40 years, Arnuby Chavez has been involved in coffee production alongside his parents and independently for 30 years. He has resided on his farm, El Mirador, for three decades, dedicating himself to coffee cultivation. His expertise has been honed through participation in discussions held by associative groups and interactions with coffee connoisseurs. Arnuby's aspirations include continual enhancement of coffee quality, introduction of new varieties favored by consumers, and exploration of innovative fermentation techniques

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: Described by the producer as “washed” process. This lot was fermented for 15 hours, then fermented in tanks for a further 35-38 hours before mucilage removal. Dried on tarps for 8-10 days.
