Narrative

This micro-lot was handpicked from the first crop of cherries produced by a selection of trees on Ana’s father's farm. During the day, the harvested cherries were placed on raised beds in rows up to 10cm deep. Then at night, the cherries were spread evenly to dry for at least 15 days, this process removed the fruit from the seed and dried it to the ideal moisture content for shipping.
