Hello Seb here from Timely with a quick update for Feature Coffee Subscribers. The Coffee you are receiving this week is Tomas Fernandez Ramirez. So this coffee is from Peru and as we all know with coffee being seasonal, different Coffees from different parts of the world are going to taste really good at different times throughout the year. So now we're seeing a lot of the coffees Peru start to come through and this is when they're tasting really, really nice and fresh and kind of juicy and and they've got a really nice acidity and sweetness which which, you know, you'll find really, really nice. So with this Coffee as well, this is a Caturra variety Coffee. So Caturra is the, the variety of tree that they're growing, that Tomas is growing on the farm. And this is actually giving the Coffee a really nice kind of really great like body and sweetness balance. So you'll find that this one has a teal label and teal is the colour that we use that associates kind of with like a round kind of feeling for our coffees. So you can kind of expect when you're tasting this coffee that it's going to have this kind of really nice presence all around. The total profile is going to be really nice in terms of the body, sweetness, balance as well. So it's going to be kind of even and really coating and I think that you're really going to enjoy it. Like I said, this is the time that Peru is tasting its best. So really hope you like it and let me know what you think.
