Giorgia: Hi, everyone. Giorgia from Timely with a quick update about the feature coffee we've got for subscribers this week. If you're a subscriber, thus the coffee you're going to be receiving is from Bruno Henrique. So Bruno grew this coffee in the region of Mantiqueira in Brazil, in the state Minas Gerais. And you might have heard of the state of Minas Gerais before because it's a very well known coffee producing region in Brazil, but also just in the world. Bruno grew this coffee on his family's farm, and the name of that farm is called Nossa Senhora. And Bruno sort of really got interested in speciality coffee when he started attending speciality coffee courses with his mother. And ever since then, that's sort of been like his main path. And this coffee is a testament to that. It's a really delicious micro-lot. So this coffee we assigned the colour mint to that means that we think this coffee has got a delicate quality. So when you're brewing it, you might notice that it's softer or more gentle and more subtle as opposed to something that's a bit more intense. You might notice notes of chestnut or notes of Jasmine in the cup as well, with some sort of soft chocolatey tones as well. And that's one of the things that we really like about the coffee subscription.

Giorgia: So if you have like a weekly instalment or a fortnightly instalment or a monthly instalment, every single time, you're going to get something different. And it's a really good way to be able to try a bunch of different different coffees without really having to think about it too much. So I think last week we had coffee from its Atsabe subdistrict from Timor-Leste and that was yellow, which we thought was sort of sticky and sweet. And this coffee is sort of not the exact opposite, but very different from that. And yeah, we just think it's a really cool way to be able to taste a bunch of different coffees.
