[Video Transcript] An Update on Timely Zero

SEB PROSSER: Hello and welcome to Timely Coffees.
My name's Seb, I'm one of the co-founders here and this is a quick update on a
new product we're releasing here a timely this is a new coffee and this is
Timely zero. So Timely Zero was something that we created because we had two things in mind when we were developing this product. We wanted a way to showcase a lot of coffees that otherwise wouldn't make it onto the catalog it timely because maybe they don't quite fit into our timely originals range, or maybe they're not quite what we're looking for for our limited releases. And we also wanted to create a product that was roasted to a level that really kind of catered to people who are looking for something maybe a little bit richer, a little bit stronger, something that cut through milk really well, and maybe something that was lower in acidity. Maybe people who either just really love that style of coffee or those who are new to this part of the industry, which is generally roasted a little bit lighter or sometimes has a more pronounced acidity. But there's a lot of people who really want to get into this style of coffee but don't really know where to start. This is a really good way to kind of create like a bridge to to really bring people into what we're kind of more about a time loop. So this is why we created time. Zero zero is the only blend we have on on the catalog at the moment. And it does all those things we were trying to do it. It includes a lot of coffees that otherwise we wouldn't be featuring. And also it's roasted in a way that really is a little bit more accessible to a lot of other people. So it's true to all the values we have here at Timely, but it's going to create kind of a flavor that people who want a more traditional espresso or, you know, a really strong milky coffee are really going to enjoy. And we think that's a really good place to start. It's all about creating a product that brings more people into what we're all about at time. We don't want to have a product that alienates anyone, and we  don't want people to feel like they don't really get what we're about.  Because what we're about is our values, and we're about generosity and responsibility and presenting coffees in a way that is fair and ethical and responsible. So the more of a diverse product offering we can do, which actually represents those values, is always going to be a good thing. So we're really, really proud of this. We really think that it's worth giving a try. So if you, especially someone who likes a bit of milk or a couple of sugars or anything like that in your coffee, this is going to be a really great option for you if you are trying to buy a gift for someone else. And, you know, that's the kind of coffee they drink. This is also a really good option for them as well, because this is something that, you know, a lot of people who are more familiar with that traditional style are going to really, really enjoy.
