How did this journey from a cozy coffee shop to a thriving roaster begin for Singular Roasters? At Timely, we take pride in supporting coffee professionals on their journey to success. Today, we're excited to share the story of one of our valued alumni, Singular Coffee Roasters, and how they've grown with a little help from Timely.
In 2018, we partnered with Jitta, owner and operator of Singular Roasters. Back then, Timely was operating out of Lathlain with a 10kg Diedrich coffee roaster. Jitta was running multiple cafes in Perth, including the popular and much-loved Singular Coffee in Northbridge. Jitta came to Timely once a week to roast his own coffee using our shared roasting services.
By 2021, Timely had grown and expanded, and so had Singular Roasters. Jitta launched his very first roasting venture, aptly named Singular Roasters, situated in the suburb of Carlisle, with a coffee bar to boot. As of 2023, we had officially parted ways, proud to have contributed to Jitta's remarkable coffee endeavours, and excited to see what to future would hold.
Today, Singular is not just a coffee roastery but also a multi-location hub for all things single-origin, boasting coffee shops in both Perth CBD and Northbridge. We are so proud to have been part of the journey, and we can't wait to see what Jitta does next.
