Before working on their own farm, Juan Oviedo learned about producing coffee from their grandparents. In 2007, Juan bought El Cedro and began growing their own Castillo variety coffee trees. Here, their total land is over 20 hectares in size, with 2 hectares being devoted to coffee, and the remaining land dedicated to other shady fruit trees.
Submerged in water and fermented.
