Hernán Martinez Amaya is a 3rd generation coffee farmer based in Honduras. Hernán’s main focus is on good agronomic practices to achieve consistent quality. These practices include: shade management to control coffee leaf rust, living barriers to prevent soil erosion, proper wastewater disposal and re-using coffee pulp to fertilize the farm.
