Luis Tapiero has been living and working at El Mirador their whole life - in fact they were born at the farm over 50 years ago and have lived their since. Here, their total land is over 7 hectares in size, with 3 hectares being devoted to growing Tabi variety coffee trees, and the remaining land dedicated to growing yuca and plantain.
